Harry Styles and Gucci Launch Ha Ha Ha Collection

Harry Styles can now add “fashion designer” to his résumé. After years of appearing in Gucci campaigns, wearing the brand on countless occasions, and developing a friendship with creative director Alessandro Michele, the “Harry’s House” singer finally designed a Gucci collection. During Milan Fashion Week on June 20, Michele introduced “Ha Ha Ha,” a playful partnership that’s become the two creatives’ “dream wardrobe.”

The meaning behind “Ha Ha Ha” is twofold — it represents both a combination of Styles and Michele’s first names, as well as the words they use to end their messages to each other. The 25-look collection, which will be available for purchase mid-October, includes shirts, pants, outerwear, and accessories inspired by ’70s pop and bohemian style that capture a sense of “masculine elegance.”

“Harry has an incredible sense of fashion.”

Harry Styles to launch capsule fashion collection with Gucci

The collection does not have a release date yet (Gucci)

Harry Styles has collaborated with Gucci on a new capsule collection.

The collaboration, named Gucci HA HA HA, has spawned from a long friendship between the singer and the Italian label’s creative director, Alessandro Michele.

The playful collection aims to define “the intersection of creative expression and shared perceptions of two different consciences”, said a press release.

The name HA HA HA represents the initials of both Styles’ and Michele’s forenames but is also the onomatopoeic sound of laughter.

The collection is a symbol of Michele and Styles’ friendship – they met at the helm of Styles’ solo career – with the pair having ended many a message to each other with “hahaha” over the years.

Harry Styles has ‘superficial resemblance’ to me

Apparently, he’s got the moves like Jagger … but worse.

Mick Jagger said in a new interview that he believes Harry Styles is unsuccessfully following in his footsteps.

“He doesn’t have a voice like mine or move on stage like me; he just has a superficial resemblance to my younger self, which is fine. He can’t help that,” the Rolling Stones frontman, 78, told London’s The Sunday Times.

Jagger did say that he has respect for 28-year-old Styles, who has been known to wear skirts and dresses, but called his own fashion choices “much more androgynous.”

“I like Harry — we have an easy relationship. I mean, I used to wear a lot more eye makeup than him. Come on, I was much more androgynous,” the “Paint It, Black” singer said.

Harry Styles Is a “Superficial Resemblance to My Younger Self”

The post Mick Jagger: Harry Styles Is a “Superficial Resemblance to My Younger Self” appeared first on Consequence.

Mick Jagger says Harry Styles is a “superficial resemblance to my younger self” who “doesn’t have a voice like mine or move on stage like me.”

The Rolling Stones’ frontman’s eyebrow-raising comments about Styles came in what was otherwise a mundane interview with The London Times designed to drum up publicity for the band’s upcoming 60th anniversary tour.

Jagger prefaced his remarks by saying he likes Styles and the two have “an easy relationship.” But the pleasantries ended there, as Jagger proceeded to rattle off all the reasons why there’s no comparison between the two.

“I mean, I used to wear a lot more eye make-up than him. Come on, I was much more androgynous,” Jagger said. “And he doesn’t have a voice like mine or move on stage like
